In this supreme moment of mental anguish, I remember glancing at our boat, which was lying on its side, and wondering if it could possibly right itself, and if my Father could escape. Was this the end of our struggles and adventures? Was this death? All these questions flashed through my mind in the fraction of a second, and a moment later I was engaged in a life and death struggle. The ponderous monolith of ice sank below the surface, and the frigid waters gurgled around me in frenzied anger. I was in a saucer, with the waters pouring in on every side. A moment more and I lost consciousness.
“The base of this electrical cloud or central luminary, the seat of the gods, is dark and non-transparent, save for innumerable small openings, seemingly in the bottom of the great support or altar of the Deity, upon which ‘The Smoky God’ rests; and, the lights shining through these many openings twinkle at night in all their splendor, and seem to be stars, as natural as the stars we saw shining when in our home at Stockholm, excepting that they appear larger. ‘The Smoky God,’ therefore, with each daily revolution of the earth, appears to come up in the east and go down in the west, the same as does our sun on the external surface. In reality, the people ‘within’ believe that ‘The Smoky God’ is the throne of their Jehovah, and is stationary. The effect of night and day is, therefore, produced by the earth’s daily rotation.” (THE SMOKY GOD, pp. 108-110)
Many animal species already extinct on the surface, like mammoths and saber tooth tigers, live in the inner Earth. Everything is better, cleaner and especially bigger! There are “Avatar” like trees, hundreds of yards tall. Grapes grow as big as plums and are more flavorful than we know them on the surface. Especially the hydroponic tomato is reportedly a sensation.
Dr. Agnew’s interest in space exploration inspired him with friends at JPL, NASA, and Hughs. He entered the Air Force in 1973, where he graduated top in his class in electronics engineering & later graduated with honors in Chemistry from TN Tech. As a physicist, he is probably one of the most experienced pioneers of ground probing radar technology in the world. This technology is currently utilized in the Mars Express program. He has authored thousands of technical, scientific, papers, booklets, & documentaries.
Undoubtedly this [article] will lead to still further action on the part of Mr. Giannini, whose place in this weird question of the mystery surrounding both Poles must certainly be settled in the pages of this magazine. Thus we invite Mr. Giannini to use all the space he needs in our pages to present his case – which as we see it is to produce the proof with which he backed up his book and the information concerning Byrd that he has presented.”
Symmes published a pamphlet, in which he wrote, “I declare that the Earth is hollow and habitable within; containing a number of solid concentric spheres, one within the other, and that it is open at the poles 12 or 16 degrees.” He pledged his life to promoting his notion, boldly declaring, “I am ready to explore the hollow.”
Occam’s razor tells us that Hohlwelttheorie is a bad model because there are simpler alternatives that explain the data just as well. But maybe we’re thinking too hard. Isn’t attacking Hohlwelttheorie with such a sophisticated thinking tool like swatting a mosquito with a sledgehammer? If we can reject Hohlwelttheorie with intuition alone, what need have we for the scientific toolkit?
In 1947 Byrd allegedly undertook another flight over the North Pole. This time, in a diary that didn’t surface until years later, Byrd recorded events as he flew into the earth, and encountered the inhabitants who live there.
My thoughts are interrupted in a cordial manner by a warm rich voice of melodious quality, “I bid you welcome to our domain, Admiral.” I see a man with delicate features and with the etching of years upon his face. He is seated at a long table. He motions me to sit down in one of the chairs. After I am seated, he places his fingertips together and smiles. He speaks softly again, and conveys the following:
Admiral Byrd was also a Freemason. He served in World War I and in World War II. There are whispers that he was familiar with the Illuminati and the New World Order, and that John D. Rockefeller himself helped to finance Byrd’s exploration and expeditions to the poles and the land beyond or inside them.
Interestingly in 2001 the U.S. National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency and the Support Office for Aero-geophysical Research discovered the existence of a magnetic anomaly believed to be on the eastside shore of Lake Vostok in Antarctica, the anomaly is believed to be consistent with a man-made construction.
Admiral Richard E. Byrd kept a log of his expeditions throughout his life, documenting explorations of Antarctica and the North Pole. These diaries were published, or at least made available to the public.
It cannot be denied that there is a strong current flowing out of that area north of the New Siberian Islands.  It is the location where most of the freshwater ice in the Arctic is coming from.  Eddy currents on each side of the Transpolar Drift flowing out of that area cause the Beaufort Gyre to rotate clockwise and the gyre in the Barents Sea to rotate counter clockwise on either side of this swift current of water coming up out of the polar opening.  Perhaps the Transpolar jet stream and ice flows originate from the valley of the River Hiddekel that empties into the Arctic Ocean within the polar opening from the Inner Continent.
We have been unable to find another expedition leader.  I therefore, am encouraging all interested parties to make the attempt to go to our hollow earth with their own efforts. I have formed a Virtual City of Light where all those interested in working on a way to go to our hollow earth can work together to make it a reality.  You are invited to join my Virtual City of Light here.

In 1846 the discovery of an extinct woolly mammoth frozen in ice in Siberia was used by Marshall Gardner as evidence of a hollow earth. Gardner subscribed to the single-sun-inside-the-earth theory and suggested that the mammoth was so well-preserved because it had died recently. Gardner thought that mammoths and other extinct creatures wandered freely in the interior of the earth. This one had wandered outside by using the hole at the North Pole, then was frozen and carried to Siberia on an ice flow.
I said nothing. All of this was almost beyond belief, and once again my thoughts were interrupted as we stopped. I entered the room and was again with my Radioman. He had an anxious expression on his face. As I approached, I said, “It is all right, Howie, it is all right.”
De Camp and Ley have claimed (in their Lands Beyond) that Leonhard Euler also proposed a hollow-Earth idea, getting rid of multiple shells and postulating an interior sun 1000 km (600 miles) across to provide light to advanced inner-Earth civilization (but they provide no references). However in his Letters to a German princess Euler describes a thought experiment involving a patently solid Earth.
Our earth is a living body. And just as our physical human bodies have spirit bodies in the same form and likeness of our physical bodies, so does the earth have a spirit body in the same shape and form as the physical world. The earth’s spirit body is the spirit world – the habitation of the spirits of all who die.  The scriptures indicate that at death, the spirits of the wicked are “cast down to hell.” So somewhere inside the earth Paradise and Hell must be separated by a space – the hollow in the earth.  Indeed, Luke calls this separation “a great gulf.”
Just like us, the Agarthans like to go out. They visit concerts and theaters and enjoy many types of art. Fans of “Star Trek” would most likely recognize the holodecks, they really do exist. You pick your favorite theme or time period in world history and play the game. We don’t know this for sure, but we wouldn’t be surprised if they also play scenes from the outer surface because the Agarthans seem to know us a lot better than we know them!
‘Yes, my son,’ replied the Master, ‘the dark ages that will come now for your race will cover the Earth like a pall, but I believe that some of your race will live through the storm, beyond that, I cannot say.
Several of us can trace our ancestry back to the intrepid Viking explorers that settled northern Europe in the 7th century.  Some later migrated to Iceland and some even further to the west coast of Greenland.  These hardy arctic colonizers discovered every year that the more plentiful hunting was further to the north.  Then in 1721 when Greenland was resettled, it was noticed that the Viking colonists had disappeared from Greenland.  This was the subject of Arctic author Vilhajalmur Stefansson’s book, Unsolved Mysteries of the Arctic.  He thought they died out.  But Lt. Green discovered where they went when he befriended the Eskimos and asked them point blank.
Finally, after much pleading and many promises, I was released from irons. I then and there decided to invent some story that would satisfy the Captain, and never again refer to my trip to the land of “The Smoky God,” at least until I was safe among friends.
0800 Hours- Slight turbulence noted from easterly direction at altitude of 2321 feet, correction to 1700 feet, no further turbulence, but tail wind increases, slight adjustment in throttle controls, aircraft performing very well now.
Jules Verne wrote “Journey to the Center of the Earth” in 1864 and Edgar Rice Burroughs (1875-1950), the creator of Martian adventures and Tarzan of the Apes, also wrote novels set in the hollow earth.
The date indicated in this diary is “Feb. 19, 1947. How fortunate for Giannini, this substantiates his claim. Of course, this was the dead of winter. How was the crew able to see snow below? Or green fields for that matter.
In William Henry Hudson’s 1887 romance, A Crystal Age, the protagonist falls down a hill into a Utopian, asexual, pastoral paradise; since he falls into this world, it is sometimes classified as a hollow Earth story; although the hero himself thinks he may have traveled forward in time by millennia.
